Ruggedly built tubular steel frame stands solidly on four rubber-tipped tipped properly balanced legs. Provided with an adjustable standard cycle seat and a specially designed adjustable handle. Fitted with one hard rubber-tired wheel and standard chain and sprocket for bicycle drive.
