1. How do we deliver products to you?
A. Full Container Load (FCL): For full container orders, shipment by sea is the best option. Please provide your nearest seaport name, and we will quote the sea freight accordingly.
B. Single Product Order: For single product orders, air shipment is the best option. Please provide your nearest airport name, and we will quote the air freight.
C. Small Product Order: For small products, express delivery is the most suitable method. Please provide your complete door address, and we will inform you of the freight charges.
2. How to install our products?
If you face any issues during installation, we will provide detailed installation videos and guidance to assist you. Please do not worry — our team will support you throughout the process.
3. What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the purchase quantity and order value.
4. How to visit our factory?
Our factory is located in Delhi, India. You can fly to IGI Airport, New Delhi, and then take a taxi to our factory at:
S-46, Badli Industrial Estate, Phase-1, Delhi – 110042
Alternatively, we can arrange to pick you up from the airport.
5. What is the warranty of our products?
All our products come with a 1-year warranty.
- During the 1-year warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of cost.
- After the warranty period, replacement parts will be supplied at cost price.
6. Payment Terms & Methods
A. We accept Bank Transfers only.
B. Small Orders: 100% advance payment before production (Order value less than USD 20,000).
C. Large Orders: 50% advance payment before production and 50% balance payment before delivery.
